1. Cognitive Stage

Awareness:

Most of our target audience is unaware of our brand, the experience and the products that we sell. For this reason, our objective is to make 60% of our potential users aware of our brand experience with our communications plan.

 

Knowledge:

We also need our customers to have knowledge about our chocolate experience. We will mainly strengthen this through our marketing channels and efforts.

 

 

 

 

2. Affective Stage

Liking:

The next step is to make them like our brand. It’s very important to understand our customers and how they feel about the brand. Our goal is that our unique experience and our differentiated strategy will increase the customer base who likes our brand.

 

Preference:

Is not only about liking the brand, it is also about that they prefer us over our main competitors and possible substitutes. We will introduce a loyalty program which will make more customers prefer us over our competitors.

 

Conviction:

We have to develop conviction in our audience to make them choose our experience. Through our marketing campaigns where we increase brand awareness we will try to take a stronger position in the consumers minds, thus being a natural choice for the experience we try to offer.

 

3. Behaviour Stage

Purchase:

Finally, all our efforts will result in the purchase. If we understand our customer needs and communicate them how we can satisfy these needs they are likely to make the purchase.

The main objectives of this program are:

  • Reward customers who buy frequently and also substantial amounts.

  • Build long term relationships with our customers.

  • Build a strong database of our customers.

  • Accumulate points with your purchases and visits. After accumulating 500RMB in purchases or 10 visits with purchases, you qualify for the Max Brenner Chocolate lovers club.
